Purchased Epiphone Electric Guitar through BAJAAO.com. Product delivered on 1st January without Amplifier despite commitment listed on company website and twice verbal confirmation from Product Specialist. 2 Weeks over but no proper response from helpdesk. Have available call recording. Further product was shipped with no invoice, no warranty card. No response from Senior Management - Sunil Singh (CEO), Ashutosh Pande (Founder & Chairman), Shawn Pereira (Head of Sales), Jay Srinivasan IPAL Funding Manager). As a customer what can I do to help resolve this issue?
