Hello friends

I come across this very economical ( I will not use the word cheap) product with very nice USB DAC and multiple capability such as recording audio in the PC/MAC from analog sources.

It is (20$) being sold at overprice of around 4K on eBay.in and amazon.in but still cheaper considering prices of USB DAC in the market

This is a no-nonsense, versatile product that gets the job done. Probably the reason why it hasn't been updated in a long time.

You don't state your equipment or intended use but if your gear is younger than 3 years, chances are it has a comparable or better DAC than the UCA.

I suggest you look at R-Pi based DACs; or commercial offerings (should your budged permit).

Thanks. I want to go pure analog integrated amplifier and separate DAC. Any suggestion for USB DAC apart from this?

Lots of options but I'd put my money on a Raspberry Pi + Hifiberry DAC (or similar) combo.

You can set up the Pi either as source or conduit to a good ol' amp. If conduit, a wireless data stream to the Pi is said to yield better results than a wired USB connection.

If you find a better option in terms of versatility, sound quality, and price, please post details here.
