Best AVR within 20k

Hi,

I need to buy a 5.1 channel AVR and my budget is max 20K.I want to use it for watching DVD movies and listening to classic rock music. I know the budget is little less but this is all I can afford

Please suggest.

( I plan to use Jamo S406 speaker package with it )
