Just a offtrack suggestion...

Instead of buying new AVR i would have gone for below mentioned amp..

This is one box solution , which is not available with any other brand nowadays..
I am just a fan of this product no affiliations..

I have thought about Z9, saw one in Amazon japan. Issue is need to find a good voltage converter and not sure how good the used Z9 . Of course Z9 is good for sure but the reliability of the one I saw, I am not sure.

Thanks spirovious. But I guess my present AVR and LX57 are in same price range, I know that same price range doesnt mean performance will be similar.
In fact Anthem 510 and NAD T757 were having same price when I bought NAD
So not sure LX57 will be an upgrade or not. I am really looking forward for a very good improvement over my present AVR.

new LX series is not that bright.I heard LX57 short time in Mumbai exhibition and found very good paired with Kevlar speakers.It was not that loud though,but sound was not lean.

Finally I decided to go with Anthem MRX 510. I could have bought Yamaha 3040 or Denon X7200 top end models from Japan at similar price as Anthem.Again voltage converter etc could be an issue so decided to go with Anthem. For me room correction is important as I have setup in a living room.

If power is an issue I will add a power amp later.

Congrats on your Anthem MRX 510 purchase. I have always heard of Anthem's superior room correction technologies, but have never seen it in action. Hopefully your review will pave the way.

Ho do you find the Anthem MRX 510 eventually ?
Did it address your room correction needs.
I am looking to pick up the MRX 510 for the same reasons ARC.
My room is a bit bass heavy and I am hoping that ARC will do the trick.

Mine is a 14 by 12 room and so am not sure if the MRX will have the power to drive my Focal 726 (91.5 db sensitivity is great) but I hope I do need to use more than 50% of the volume to get the depth in sound. Your inputs will be very helpful.

At a later date I am looking to add a power amp if required. Not sure how to gauge the right power amp to go with it.

Also want to know if a physical HDMI mapping can used to map to two input setups.
That is if I use HDMI 1 in one input configuration, can I use the same HDMI 1 in a second input setup or does HDMI 1 become not selectable. Please can you check this for me.
I will explain my use case if you can just try this for me.

Would be glad to hear from other Anthem users.

From you other thread it is clear that your room 14x12; is it a dedicated room or shared living space too. It is not a very large room. So this can be a boon and/or a bane.
Boon since you can go for lower amplification (watts wise, but good current capability).
Bane since a speaker that goes low in LF can cause havoc with room boom.

RSP1069 is seems like a capable pre-proc and the RMB1077 reads like a good 7-ch amp (Class-D). I am only basing these on their spec sheets, have not heard either.
Focal726 I have heard about 5 years ago in a demo room. The setup was driven by a Denon AVR (one of the top end models then).
They did not seem like difficult or fussy speakers; though my experience with them was only for an hour or so and I was auditioning for stereo setup.
91dB is a respectable SPL spec, making it easier to match with a wider range of power amps. And they are front vented making them a bit more forgiving during placement.
On paper Anthem510 power amp stage is a decent 75W 5-ch driven. That should be good for your room and speakers. One box to solve it all, assuming it satisfies your connectivity needs and sounds good to your ears.

In comparison, I have a 12x11 listening area, 88dB stand mounts, IA, AVR and monoblocks. The IA (rated 70W) has no problems driving the speakers producing room filling sound with about 3-4 dB headroom left.
Currently I use the monoblocks (rated 200W) to drive the speakers leaving me with about 7-8dB headroom. Never got the AVR (rated 50W) to sing for me directly; just too many adjustments to be made there.
All these observations are mostly 2-Ch, but the AVR is driving C/SB/SR to my satisfaction.

From your threads/posts, reason for upgrade seems room correction, 4K pass thru, some new features and possibly a change in sound (in conjunction with a different power amp). Suggest you start a new thread with your requirements/constraints/preferences and what is working and/or not working for you in your current setup. This way you may elicit targeted responses from fellow FMs who own or have auditioned similar equipment.

Hi Raghu,

I went for Anthem due to room correction. My room is bigger than (14*12) that and it is not exactly rectangular and since it is living room I would say my room is very bad due to interior work (pooja room and display unit) which I cannot change now. ARC will fix room issues but it cannot solve issues with position. If you place sub woofer in a bad position then ARC cannot help or you may not like the sound. I have two subs one ported and one sealed and that to from different manufacturer. If you do sub woofer crawl and place sub at the best place and then do ARC then sound will be good.

Regarding power I never felt power is less with Anthem MRX 510.

Yes, your guess is right that its a dedicated room and the issue is LF boom.
The Rotel 1RSP 069 and RMB 1077 are a great pair with great flexibility.
The only shortcoming are the lack of Master Audio and Dolby True HD
HDMI is 1.1 so deep colour and 4K is not an option (so not geared for the future and a change warrants some of that future proofing to the extent possible without paying for stuff that will take long to come by)
The third being the lack of room correction.

Sounds like the MRX 510 is a good solution for all in a box and the ARC may help reduce the boom.
Also think that if need be, can get additional headroom by using a power amp.
The issue with connecting a power amp to a AVR is that when driven higher than capacity of the rated power amp the pre could go into protection mode.
That seems not to be the case of the MRX 510 and so that is good news.
What it does to the sound and if ARC will work when used with a different power Amp, I am not clear about.
Also not sure how to match the sensitivity, max voltage out of the pre with the sensitivity, gain and input voltage of the power.
Will open a new thread on the same as suggested.

Mine is a similar size without the open areas and so should be as good. Please my speakers have a good sensitivity level and so should be easy to drive.

There is a Quick Setup on the MRX 510. I suppose one can use that to pick from some random choices of positions for the sub instead of a floor sweep ?

It would be nice if you can check this for me.
Can the HDMI 1 (or 2 or 3 does not matter) be mapped in one input setup and does the MRX 510 allow you to use the same HDMI 1 in another mapping. Or does it disable the choice of HDMI 1, once used.
In my situation I want HDMI 1 for audio and video in one case and in the other input setup need it to only be video and set audio to analog or ogg etc (my Rotel permits this, but most AVR dont) they make it mutually exclusive.

I had auditioned MRX 710 with Paradigm speakers and it was unbelievable. If i had the budget to spend, i would have chosen it instead of Denon X3200W.
