Is this a good option?
I'm new to audio gear and need help picking a good budget DAC/AMP for my setup.

I use an LG C5 42" OLED TV as a monitor for my PC. I want to use my Simgot SuperMix 4 IEMs for:
  • Watching 4K movies and TV shows using WebOS apps on the TV
  • Playing games on my PC
I want the DAC/AMP to handle both TV audio and PC audio, and output it to my IEMs.

Any recommendations under ₹8000?/$100?

Refurbished iFi Zen Dac is available for 7K on HPZ. I am using this and happy with the sound quality. It is only having USB input. So you need to check if your TV supports USB audio transfer. Good thing is that the DAC has a dedicated button for high/low gain and it works fine for IEMs. You can start with low gain and switch to high gain if required more power to your IEMs.
