Best TV for Gaming

Hi,

I am looking to buy a new TV preferably a LCD or LED of 40/42" inches within a budget of 70K with a good PQ. Would be mainly using it for xbox gaming ,watching movies and some DTH. I am not interested in 3D TV nor any internet features

Planning to buy it during the festive season.Any inputs would be appreciated.
