What do you think about the BLENDER magazine and how do you rate it? Does it cover the Indian music scene too? What are some other music magazines to read?

I am not keen on international magazines with dollar pricing.

Actually the first time I heard of this magazine was here...

I find Rolling Stone: Music News, Reviews, Photos, Videos, Interviews, Politics and More a very good source.
