Blueray player casting issue

I have blueray player Sony bdv e2100 which I brought it from Malaysia. It's was working so far, but now casting stopped working from last 2 months. I'm Sony service center they could repair as they didn't get the spare parts. Can anyone help on how to get it repaired?
