I got a similar device from Ebay India around 2 weeks ago...mine cost me Rs. 330 and its the non-bluetooth version.

The sound quality is very good. No perceptible noise at all. have hooked it to a a 10w amp. I am using a phone charger as the power source.

Only con is that, there is no way to navigate the folders in USB.

The nice thing is that the device remembers the last state. So even if I plug it off and when I turn it on after two days, it starts off with the same source(radio or usb), same song(or channel) and same volume with which it was working when it was switched off last.

I have used a long insulated wire as the FM antenna and its giving clear reception.

This is the most satisfaction I have ever got out of a 300 Rs. spend.

Jawed

Yes. Its possible.
You need to connect the phone to the Bluetooth of this receiver.
And then take the output of this system to the input of your existing car Stereo.

You need to work out the power supply though. This system takes in 5v and cars have 12v. So you will have hack the car phone charger and take the 5v supply to this device.

These type of modules are easily available in chennai for 150 Rupees.Surprisingly it has got amazing sound quality.supports upto 8gb sd card and upto 2000 Tracks.it supports upto 320 Kbps bitrate mp3 Decoding.
For non critical music listening , they provide excellent value for money. The only thing is it needs a preamp to match properly with a power amp.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
