Budget ~30k - 12" or larger active subwoofer

I am thinking of buying readymade sub, in the price range of ~30k. Can stretch if it is really good.
I am getting impatient waiting for the GR sub.

Primary use - movie watching.
Room size - 20x30x10 ft.

Seating position ~ 12 ft from front wall.

What are the possible options? Listing some from Amazon.de that can be delivered. Have not included cost of shipping so they may be more expensive.

mpw - I called him and he said he is not willing to sell. I would anyways need help from a local mumbai person to talk in person with Mr Suresh as he doesn't want to sell without an audition, or someone certifying that it is working fine before he ships it.

Even, I am looking for sub 12 inch below 30K. I zeroed down two subs

1. JBL ES 250
2. BIC America F12

May be end of this month I own it one of these two. In the meantime, I will look into this thread, If you get some other good options.
