Budget copmuter speaker 2.1

Hai friends,
i want to buy a 2.1 copmuter speaker with a max budget of rs 4.5k.
i have three choice can u suggest me the best.

1) Altec Lansing Octane 7 (VS4621)
2) Edifier C2 &
3) Philips SPA5300

Any other option within my budget will be appreciated.

It will be better if u invest this money on earphone rather than on computer speakers at this budget. Also wht is ur source?

Thanks but I am not very comfordable with earphone.
I use creative audigy SE sound card in my pc as the audio source.

I want crisp and cristal clear sound with deep punchy bass.

Well you won't be able to get/find such speakers having this sound signature that is why I suggested u to invest this money on a earphone.
