Budget HT upgrade - Need advice

Trying to upgrade my HT speaker system ( budget) - Considering Wharfedale 10.1 set up. But recent what hi fi have given a good feedback on Tannoy as well. Any advice will be very helpful.

Depends on your budget, but the Tannoys sounded better than the Wharfedales to my ear.

You can consider q acoustics 2000 cinema. They have released an upgrade to this model and the old one should be available at bargain prices.

My exp in the last Mumbai meet suggests that you should try & audition some of the Indian brands before making a decision... A 15k pulz speaker brought to the hifi meet in Mumbai sounded way way better than the wharf or the tannoy (both 17k+)... If you are looking for best bang for buck then my humble view is Indian speakers is the way to go...
