Budget Soundbar and wireless sub

What is the best budget (less than 10k) sound bar + wireless sub system? For TV watching only - usual serials, documentaries and some movies. I have a 55" wall mounted. Room size is about 15' x 11'.
No sub is also OK if the bass is decent enough. It'll be used at low to moderate volumes only.
