Budget Speakers for Normal TV usage

Hi,

I want to install a 2.1 system for my regular TV usage which is connected to Tata Sky HD and a LG 32' LED.

Can i have speakers which can be directly connected to the Audio Output of Tata Sky ?

If not then can i go for a Bookshelfs or floorstandings with a amplifier? budget under 25k for the speakers.

Can the members please enlighten me with the options. i am open to go for any other brand as long as it is under the budget.

There are many options for 2.1, as you have good budget you can go for Logitech, Edifier and F&D.

Other okay quality products are Sony, Philips etc

However you have any plan to upgrade you system in future, then you should start with Bookshelf speakers with a normal amp (like Norge, budget may increase slightly). So you will have a good stereo set-up for now which should fulfill your need and it would be upgradable too.

2.1 speakers as advised would be Creative / Logitech / JBL / Boston Acoustics / Audio Engine etc....

As advised, for starters you can look at decent bookshelfs and an integrated stereo amp which should serve the purpose and budget....if you are open to pre owned stuff look at online classifieds like Hi Fi Ads, Quikr or OLX

Sonodyne Sonus 1501 BS offer very good performance for the price.... I would suggest you to consider Onkyo TX 8020 stereo receiver....You get a decent DAC built into the stereo receiver, also you get digital inputs which can be handy in your case & a subwoofer pre-out which gives you the flexibility of adding sub-woofer later...

You may probably need to stretch the budget, but would be worth it....Try to find the best price from your Onkyo dealer in your city for this model...

You can check out at your nearest Reliance or Chroma store. They have a lot of options for speakers, I remember visiting a Reliance store in Anna Nagar, Chennai and they had lot of speaker systems. You can listen to multiple brands there and decide.
