Buying parts from Tanotis

I'm planning to build either an Objective 2 headphone amp. Tanotis has almost all the parts I need, how good is this site? I read that they are very slow in shipping an order and their customer support isn't responsive at all.

Does anyone have the contact number for these idiot's? I made the mistake of ordering one small 100 rupee trigger cable for connecting between power amp and AVR 10 day's back. They don't respond to calls or e-mails. Buch of morons.
