Hi,
My current HC 3.1 setup is as follows:
Samsung QLED QE55Q9F
Anthem MRX720
2 KEF R5 (Floorstanding)
1 KEF R2C (Centre)
1 REL Acoustics T-7i (Sub)
I'm considering upgrading this to 5.1.2 (thus maxing the MRX720 capacity - aside from a 2nd sub) and getting a pair of KEF R3s at ear level and a pair of KEF R8As (Atmos) for use atop the R5s.
My question concerns the choice of cable to connect the R3s to my MRC720. Currently, the R5s are hooked up with Viard Audio Premium HD HP-Line (2 x 2,5mm2) speaker cables. However, in order to connect the R3s I'd like to run their cables under the rug which sits between the TV/Amp setup and the sofa (given the room configuration it's the only way really).
What would be the best option ? I presume the Viard Audio cable would be too tick...
