Just wondering if you have any units that play FLAC/WAV format files and preferably via USB. If so which brand/model number and what's the cost involved?

Well, I haven't come across..in india
But, WAV playback; Yes. Kenwoods are good in that. Check out:
WAV file support: Kenwood
KDC-X7006U
KDC-X9006U
KDC-X8006U
KDC-MP4036U
These can play WAV format from USB interface also.


There's one car audio system playing FLAC. That is Phatbox
And people use Kenwood Music Keg Digital Music Player (KHD-C710) to playback FLAC.

Thanks, am aware of the abroad options like Phatbox and Kenwood Keg. Looking for something closer home since I'm moving all my CD collection to FLAC. Guess will have to order from abroad and have it fitted locally.
