Connect ta2021 to wharfedale vista 100

Hi, i want connect a ta2021 ( indeed hifi, T-amp) to a wharfedale vista 100 soundbar via its RCA inputs... can I make a DIY lineout to rca cable (without any resistors) and use it, or will I need to use a lineout to RCA converter ..
