Cool looking spectrum analyzer

Anybody knows how he did this spectrum analyzer? Looks like a projected image. Pretty cool!

That is a computer being used as a source (music player with visualization) and connected to the projector.

To me it looks pretty silly, distracting and waste of precious lamp hours.

Yeah..waste of projector but looking cool. What I did not understand was, it did n't seem like projected from front as projection was behind the center speaker also. Anyways amazing song, though little bass heavy.

Foobar was used as the software, and once the music began, the Spectrum Display (part of Foobar) was made full screen.

If you look carefully you will see the break between image behind speaker and curtains due to surface difference.. See lower border. its clearly a ceiling projector.
