IMHO :

The listeners all appeared to be so serious, as though they would never crack a smile. Makes me wonder, were they having any fun ???

The commentator's sincerity - I liked. No surprise, he dug horns and tubes, although that tube amp is surely lacking.

Also, what a shame, to not have the Double Radialstrayler, all MBL system, from Germany set up at the show, for all the people to experience !!

THAT is unusual to listen to. From any position in the room.

I agree. MBL does belong in any "Cost no Object" discussion.

System No 5 felt a bit cobbled together with whatever gear they had on hand.
I would have really liked for that to be an all VAC setup, assuming they had access to VAC.

But I think, it was one dealer's attempt to showcase to potential clients to some extent.
The first three setups were pretty stellar to begin with so absolutely nothing to apologize there.
The Avantgarde system alone would be worth the price of admission - those Trios are awesome.
