Cromaretail.com sent me a used & damaged product

I ordered a jbl charge bluetooth speaker last weekend from cromaretail online which got delivered today morning and to my horror found the piece to be used and abused. It has dents and scratches all over the body. Looks like they have sent me a showroom display piece as the import date on box is Oct 13. But more than that they had the audacity to send me a product in highly bad shape visible all over. Extremely unethical considering it is Tata venture.
I have written a strong mail to them along with pics. Not only I want refund for the same but also an explanation and accountability be set for sending a used and damaged product intentionally.

I too faced a similar problem. I had ordered an Microsoft headset with them (~1K).

The product delivered to me looks as it was sent straight from scrapyard.

have decided never to order from them again.

All the hulabaloo around the online players ringing the death knell for the brick and mortar guys would be unfounded if this goes on...the online guys will kill themselves with such unethical practices...like what happened in US in the early 2Ks...only a few strong players will remain and the others would either make their small pot of money and scoot or will perish...the market forces will level the playing field eventually...in the meanwhile we customers caught in the cusp will suffer...
