DAC required for TV

Hi All
Need help in finding a DAC for my TV as I have a digital audio out so i need a DAC with a optical in.
So far i have spoke to pristine notes in Belapur but they do not have the Fiio D3

any idea where i can get one of these in Mumbai or something similar
