Recently I happened to audition DAVIS speakers in here. While auditioning I found Eva 8 the entry level tower speakers to be great and I bought them.
The towers are just 80 cms in height.
I found them to be very good in low volumes and at the same time very good in base. The speakers are 5 and 6" only. One tweeter of 2.5 cms
Max power handling 140 rms, sensitivity 90 dB.
I replaced them with my previous wharfedale 9 series home theatre for 2.1 channels. I am sticking to only towers as it needs no woofer. You will be surprised to see the kind of sound it can give out. Though I am not good in explaining the details. I would suggest you audition this.
