Denon 1713 AVR no output but power on display normal

My denon 1713 (japan model) is not giving any output ( no audio, no video) however panel display is normal. I hv tried factory reset number of times but no result. In case I give dvd or other hdmi input there is no change observed in panel display and there is no sound output either. When I try usb pen drive the panel display shows “connecting….”, same when I try for networking option. I am not able to see any display on external monitor when connected through hdmi to avr. However panel display is normal. Please suggest possible solutions
