There is no audio coming from Denon 1912 for any speaker port. Subwoofer port is getting the audio fine.

Master reset did not help much. HDMI board is fine. Switching and Standby pass thru are working good.

Any body faced this issue?

Also any good repair person who wouldnt rob me if I take it for service/repair?

Help please!

I did almost everything except messing with digital board. :D

Hi Kittu,

Chances are that something in the settings are not getting re set. I would check the settings once more. Don't be hasty in taking it to a service technician. It could be some really basic setting that is off.

I know you have tried it but no harm in trying it once more. The service manual will have troubleshooting problems and solutions list. Look into that and see if it helps.

I removed all the HDMI/Speaker cables and connected again. Cabinet not opened thou. What does it do?

Not the hdmi cables on the hdmi port, but the data cables connected to the hdmi board. There will be two of them. You have to open the amp to remove the cable. Switch off the power before opening the cover. What it does? I don't know, but this trick saved me a few times when the amp went into protection mode and also in one case when the amp muted suddenly during playback.

I will try this one for sure. Thanks ...:)

With my 1909, somehow Zone 2 was selected as the default zone. Don't remember exactly what I did. Try the amp assign section? Sorry, can't be more specific.

I think we should run a poll to find out if any of the Denon users(who purchased in 1-2 years) are not experiencing problems like this or red light blinking on the start(I am a victim of this).
It is like every time I switch on, I keep my fingers crossed to hope that it will work.
