Denon 1912 or Marantz 5006 or Marantz 6006 or ...

360? I have only heard of the AVR 400
Arcam - AVR400 - AV Receiver

Where did you buy your Arcam from in India?
Have you compared your Arcam to any of the new NADs (748, 757, etc..) and Marantz's (6006, 7005, etc.) ?

The AVR360 is out there but it is a little convuluded and seems not to entirely show up on the Arcam site. A bit weird.

The AVR360 has been reviewed in a (semi) high-end mag so its real and is advertised on the web.

I used to own an older NAD (a T746 I believe) prior to the Arcam AVR200. It was no contest. As good as the NAD is over mid-fi, the Arcam AVR200 was better at bringing out detail, immersive sound field, naturalness of the sound with proper balance. The NAD (again, excellent over mid-fi), was in comparison a bit bloated and thick and lacking in inner detail and seperation of instruments and voice.

I live in the USA and I actually got my Arcam from ebay used several years back.
