Denon AVR 2309 @ 24K ....Worth ?

Hi Guys,

Some one is selling AVR 2309 here in Ahmedabad @ 24K.....Its a 2 Year old machine and is in perfect condition...He is the first owner and bought in India only....
Please suggest, is it worth buying the same ?
