Denon x2400 keeps going to zone2

Hi friends, my Denon x2400 AVR keeps going to zone 2. Yesterday it went to zone 2 And was not switching to Main Zone.I had to go to HEOS app and switch off zone 2. strange thing was that none of the buttons were working. If I press set up no menu was coming up on the TV display .
Also yesterday night it was in Main zone. What caused it to go to zone 2.
