I am not really in a position to sit in judgement due to a hearing impediment, but i have felt that (with two channel stereo loudspeakers) one needs to move the loudspeakers with relation to the side walls and the back walls for the best imaging with different genres of music.
And that is why i have mounted my loudspeakers on a frame with wheels.
