Hello Experts,
I need your help.
Recently I sent a TV from US to Kolkata, India. In my home we have normal settop box and TV is coming black and white instead of color. Now I understood from forum that this is due to NTSC vs PAL.
Now my cable provider is saying about HD set top box from Digicable (which is around Rs. 3000/- ). He said that with that set top box I connect my TV using VGA cable. Will that solve my problem if I use HD STB and connect my tv using VGA cable? Do somebody have the specification of the digicable HD STB?
Secondly, can someone recommend the best quality NTSC to PAL converter?
