The first image shows an all Aluminium case. The second shows Aluminium+MS.

Sachin, the approximate internal dimensions for both are: [w]320mm x [d]239mm x [h]76mm. Maybe slightly more.

For the first enclosure, the cost for ONE unit that I was told was Rs.2500+12.36% excise+12.5%VAT

For the second enclosure, the cost for 25 units that I was told was Rs.2000+12.36% excise+12.5%VAT. Individual pieces will be higher.
