DIY a US$1000 Power Cable

Thanks for sharing. I watched all 3 episodes. I would try it in a jiffy if I know where to get the iron shots.

Me too. I am not sure if this would work for my right speaker's transformer which hums slightly when I connect them directly to the mains. I managed to eliminate them completely by re-routing the cheap stock power cables to a power conditioner.

I still want to connect them directly to the wall socket as the chassis to earth gives me a low reading of 0.3V compared to 1.8V using the power conditioner so I need a proper shielded cable. Any cheap cable you want to recommend?

Ha! Ha! That brought back memories. I remember watching this 3 years or so ago. I think he had a whacky one with brass screws too. Or maybe that was something else. I forget who.

Joshua - will tiny ball bearings not work?

yes anything with mass to help keep the vibrations of the wires inside from vibrating and generating harmonics will do. viz sand might also do

Guys, I could watch only 1 INCOMPLETE Video. The Video ended with him connecting the Male Plug ....

Can you please post links to the remaining videos ?

Thanks
