I thought of doing it 3 years ago but then bought a Wharfedale Linton 85 and upgraded it with GR Research crossover.

I am not sure but Shravanth at Eight Audio might be able to.
He used to be in touch with Troels Gravesn and had worked with him on some speaker builds.

I am not sure if he still does special projects anymore but you could try.

It's looks like expensive project, I think if we build SBA-941 in India it's going to be little reasonable than your Linton 85 with GR Research crossover, only crossover kit has listed at 1000+ dollars.

It's looks like expensive project, I think if we build SBA-941 in India it's going to be little reasonable than your Linton 85 with GR Research crossover, only crossover kit has listed at 1000+ dollars.

For me it was convenient and accessible with lintons and GR RESEARCH. The whole project cost me 1.85L INR put together, 1.3L for lintons with stands and 55 for GR Research crossover.

When I tried this SBA 941, its 100000 INR for drivers and 70000 INR for crossover can considering 30% for import duty and have to factory 30000 INR for enclosure and 15000 INR for stands.

The final fit & finish of SBA 941 in MDF may not be greater than Linton 85 in exterior wood finish.

For me it's the hassle of wood work made me to go with Lintons, not the price.

Now Linton and GR Research price has been increased, but you can also look at Super Linton which has a better crossover.

Sir do you have any idea, how much it will cost to build SBA-941, my major concern is crossover as it has many component, and where to get all that, as I am amateur in speaker building.
