Dolby Atmos Passthrough

Hello,

I have recently bought a 55 inch Sony X75L TV. It has a eARC port. If I connect a Dolby Atmos Soundbar will it support it if I play from OTT platforms from tv ?

Yes, it will support Atmos from OTT. Atmos from OTT will also work from ARC port

AFAIK, Atmos needs eArc. It won't work with ARC.

No it doesn’t.

DD+ Atmos can be passed via ARC. TrueHD Atmos needs eARC, but no TV supports TrueHD Atmos through internal apps.
