I want to buy dolby sound system to use for LED TV with HD TATA Sky, as wel as for listening music, my first priority is for to use dolby sound effect, whether it is soundbar or home theater or aplifier, Kindly suggest for original dolby sound system for 12 x 14 room size with budget around 20K.

Just realised that this wasn't responded

If you wish to start with even a 5.1 proper setup, probably you will have to extend the budget to about Rs. 1 lakh minimum to go AVR + 5 Satellites route. In other case the budget HtiB (Home theatre in a box) packages could be researched.

In that budget you can only get htib and sony ht iv 300 is good

Try used HTB package. You can see these often coming up in OLX and QUIKR.
