For the Aviatrix the two mids are wired in parallel,which brings their combined nominal impedance to match the tweeter's.Power handling for the mids is also doubled to bring it in the ballpark of the tweeter's power handling.The spl for the combined mids in an mtm increases by 3dB so the spl difference too is more or less compensated for.
Similarly for the Tritrix the impedance would be matched by wiring the mids in series,power handling of the mids would double to come within range of the tweeter.
The spl of the mids would rise to ~91.8dB while the tweeter is at 89.0dB...so slight mismatch here.This would probably be accounted for in the xover.
