The book was issued in 2013 with wide publicity, but for a while it was only available direct from their site, which, with shipping, turned out to be much too costly. It's been discounted now (in its 2nd edition), but also available from Amazon. I was tempted to buy it from their UK site, but found it cheaper on Amazon.in.

Got their last direct copy for 2600, but there are many more copies available from Amazon sellers. It came in yesterday, and it's worth every penny. Still a bit pricey, but the production quality is superb, and well, you'd spend that much for two or three new LPs these days.
