ENBEE Sentinel Speakers

After having a blast with Enbee Amplifiers ( who starts a post with a pun ?)

I was on lookout for the Enbee Sentinel Speakers. Just got lucky and found a pair.

On the face value it's one weird design but there's a purpose in the design. More of it later.

The woofer is in a diff. cabinet and the mids & tweeters are in diff. cabinets.

In total it has a 8" woofer, a Rounded Rectangle mid and 4 piezo tweeters. So it's like a 6 way as the crossover is separate for each tweeter.

Just browse thru the pics and I'll post my findings and impressions later.

Wow.. Quite interesting.

Have seen the concept of the woofer and tweeters in a separate enclosure but this looks like a fore Runner to a lot many modern designs..

Does the company exist now ?

I wonder if changing all those wires and routing them properly taking the route of the least electronic interference will be a good place to start the tweak itch

AFAIk The co has shut down as the person behind it Mr Nakra is no more.

So far I've been suppressing the tweak itch but ....
