Looking for good movie viewing at reasonable price...

My choice is Epson 8100. Going to buy one myself.
It might cost you 30-35k more than Benq and Optoma, but its totally worth it.
Just check the reviews on projectorreviews.com, there is remarkable difference in black levels and contrast.

Benq and Epson are sub $1000 range projectors selling at twice their US prices in India, while Epson is ~$2600 selling at the same price here.

Also Epson has 2D to 3D conversion and is compatible with Samsung and Panasonic TV 3D glasses (RF only, not IR).
