Folks, anyone with experience with the Jura S8 or similar device?

Any thoughts on who can service this in Mumbai.

I use e8 but am in the USA.

How's your experience in terms of the hassle of cleaning? How many drinks a day, any milk based ones and do you feel the E8 was the right call?

My manual espresso croaked and now toying with a superautomatic. Not sure if its worth the hassle for 2-3 cups a day.

Then the whole Jura specific issue in Mumbai, but that i'll wait for a local member to chime in on.

Cleaning isn't a hassle at all. I use it mostly for two coffees a day. It does the milk based preparations too however; it does not come out hot to the level of we Indians are accustomed to so, I rarely use it. E8 was best suited for me price-wise but I think I could have gone for the one without the milk system.
