I have used Finolex 2.5 sqmm. Pretty good and cheap. These wires are what they should be. Good conductors.
4 sqmm is overkill, unless you have really long run lengths, say more than 50-60 feet or you are doing in wall runs or you have really low impedance speakers.
No comments about branded speaker cables.

Well I am looking for 12 AWG cable for trying. Finolex has 4 sq mm close to it.
I have compared cables from 18,16,14 and 12 awg cables. For towers,I found 12 awg did sound best even when distance from amp was not more than 5 mtrs.
I found that thicker cables carry better sound. So was looking to try 4 sq mm one.
Thats pain.Whole roll may be waste. Can you tell me about over all sound?Get Finolex 4 sqmm and experiment. If you know a reliable electrical contractor, they may be able to lend or sell you cut lengths. Otherwise you will have to buy a 90m roll.

Raghu

Did you find anything lacking with these cables? Are they single core? or double?
