Hi Friends,
Got a Yamaha RX-V 383 for a great deal.(18k).Had bookshelves so far and decided to go for floorstanders. They will be used for HT and music at 60:40.Pls help me to decide among the following from Hifimart.

and i will be really stretching my budget if i go for this.....

Will go for a stereo amp later for music.

Thank You.

What bookshelf speakers are you using currently? You may benefit from a subwoofer instead of getting floor-standers. A subwoofer is a must for HT application, and music depending on what you generally listen to. The Yammy also has an LFE out you can take advantage of.

Go for sub rather than floorstander, a sub will give you much more impact in ht, than a 383 could possibly generate with floorstander.

Hi Friends,
Here i am again.Got a Yamaha Rx-497 and a little tube pre amp for music, after getting the avr.Now any one out there have any experience with PSB Century line of speakers? Got a deal for a used pair of PSB 600i floorstanders.Any light any one can throw on the Century line PSBs?

I think they have two 8" woofers. Listened to them a couple of times. They are decent speakers.

Purchase the Audiolab 6000A Integrated Amplifier at a special offer price.
