Full HD Media Player, Need Advice.

What i want : Looking to buy a Full HD Media Player to play 1080P rips and BD25 and BD50 Downloaded from the internet. M2ts file format should support.
I have a Samsung 55" 9000 Full HD TV with a denon Amp and Bose acoustic 10. [5.1 System]

Suggest me the best player under 10K and what about optical for audio will that be a big difference or HDMI is good enough.

I don't wanna compromise on the sound like it should not compress and should give me the Raw sound as it's on the File.

Is optical a must ?

Go for himedia 600 or 900 (3D) series.
Dolby tru hd and dts hd ma pass through.
600 B will be less than 10k.
