Garrard sp25 mkIV plinth

Hello, anyone advise on building a plinth for an Garrard sp25 mk IV. Its the first for me, so if some one has some tips & tricks they are very welcome.

I have a Garrard sp25 mk IV with me and it came with a fiber plinth. i am also looking to build a plinth !!!!
