good speakers for onkyo 608SR and 708NR

i am planing to buy a AVR in a short time either it would be Onkyo 608SR or 708NR on which i am yet to decide. i am bit confused on the speakers for the AVR, mine it would be 70% movies 30 % music i have narrowed down to wharfs and polks ..........keeping the ohms per watts in mind ...help me on best pair to go
