Wharfedale speakers match pretty well with tube amplifier. So that is an option you can try. Synergy is very good with tube amplifiers.

Hi Everyone, I am from Bangalore and I have purchased Wharfedale diamond 12.4 floorstanding speakers (30-200 watts at 8ohms).
Looking for an amplifier to pair with the speakers.
I am planning to get demo of Rotel A11 tribute but I feel 50 watts per channel would be less and my understanding is I cannot add a power amplifier with its pre out since it's not volume controlled. I got a demo with Rotel stereo integrated amplifier 1592, I liked the sound but it's out of budget.
Please recommend any good integrated amplifiers around Rs 75000.
And also if there are any integrated amplifier with good pre amplification stage so that I can add a power amplifier later.

As per my opinion and reviews I have gone along with few opportunities to hear them, it is good for long term used. Also the major point is serviceability. As it is Bangalore, service won't be an issue. Also you stand to add other Acoustic Potrait equipments in your chain without compatibility issue.

Have you checked out the Wiim Amp ? Your speakers are 89db and going down to just about 5ohm. Thats pretty efficient and you dont need to go for anything heavy.

I strongly recommend a used SMSL DA-9 integrated amplifier and SMSL D300 DAC combo if you can find one, as both are discontinued—it pairs exceptionally well with the Wharfedale Diamond 12.2. I have also used several other amps and DACs, including the Audiolab 6000A, Quad Vena, Marantz PM6007, and various Class D amps from SMSL and Topping with the Diamond 12.2. However, none of them come close to matching the synergy of the said SMSLs + Diamond combination.
