one of our more challenging builds

many of the sides needed to be cut at specfic angles
matching them was not easy

the CNC blade needed to be tilted/angled correctly for this purpose

Is that box lined with some white stuff or is that laminate?

imported high density MDF comes with one side laminate

Your dual sub cab and x ls are assembled
The xls is currently in paint shop

the red one has the final coat remaining

the sub is a dual servo in seperate sealed cabs - i have a feeling its gonna sound insane
(i love sealed designs)
sub grill will be done later
Im swamped this month

P.S : Anm - sorry i havent done the no rex sticking in the sub
i have got really busy due to the month of ramzan
its pretty easy
cut and stick - im sure you can manage it

For the X-LS
i have dne the no rez work
will the the removable crossover assemebly later

i initially had a PM session with danny
he suggested i dont use the grills

so i will probably get some custom covers made for anm like mine
