Has anyone seen this piece befoe? It has awesome looks. Dont know how it sounds? $169 on site and on ebay India for about 12K.

Although I haven't owned them, I have heard a lot of music through the earlier versions of the soundsticks. The first version had a USB interface and only worked with Macs. I used to love walking into a Mac store and listening to them (good old days when I had the time but no money ). From the next version, they changed the input connector to 3.5 mm. Version III seems to be very new. I haven't heard them.

They cost less than $150 on Amazon and I would consider them very good value for money (read the Amazon reviews). JBLIndia has put a price tag of 12500, which is probably the only reason I don't own them. The Harman Kardon outlet in Forum Bangalore has one available for audition.

I dont know somehow I dont like the look of it , it looks like a plastic model to me.......I like simple design with good quality fabric on speakers........

I have sound stick II and they sound great. Use them in the office. Though don't know what they've changed in III
