There is no media player with analog output as far as i know.

If you want to spend such amount better go for Dune HD Max which comes with a bluray player aswell.

Hi ...i settled for HTPC i upgraded by old pc its working perfectly well.

Upgrade includes:

512 MB RAM to 2 GB - 1500 Rs.
1 GB Graphic card - 1600 Rs.
5.1 Sound card - 450 Rs.

That is a smart decision. Which media player are you using? If it is a dedicated htpc then use XBMC.
