HD signals via a Cable Network in Pune!

these guys cover only half of pune and i have viewed 3-4 of their hd channels at the panasonic brand store which is in their region of coverage.
btw, their set top box had an hdmi out too.

i'm debating between cable or tata sky. was inclined for cable as i'm not sure whether tata sky is allowed in my soceity (a nearby one has banned their installation).

I've heard a lot of bad reviews about ICC too but they've got a monopoly. can you tell me about the price of this thing? i've inquired about their pricing and that's Rs337 per month, 1000 for installation (which is BS because they have to only connect a wire from the wall to the tv - no stb supplied). this is for normal cable.
